About the role

In this role, you will ensure that GTM teams and internal stakeholders achieve their desired outcomes through the effective use of the CRM. Additionally, you will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, understand their requirements, and align CRM features and offerings to meet those needs. Key Responsibilities: CRM Onboarding : Create and conduct key CRM Onboarding sessions to ensure successful adoption of CRM within one of the markets assigned to you i.e. Europe and United States Enable Stakeholders: Enable GTM teams with basic CRM tasks such as (but not limited to) account and opportunity creation, supplement it with right customer growth plan and contracts. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with cross functional teams – GTM Sales, GTM Enablement, CRM Customization and Development team, to ensure a seamless experience for the GTM teams Proactive Engagement : Identify potential challenges and offer solutions before they become issues Promote CRM: Promote CRM usage and its understanding within the markets by becoming the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for allocated markets Metrics and Reporting : Monitor adoption metrics and report on outcomes to the leadership Improvements: Capture opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to internal Kyndryl SugarCRM development teams who in-turn would relay the requirements to the SugarCRM company Optimize SugarCRM Usage: Identify the power users and create the top use cases on basis of their usage pattern, success matrix, to identify usage of features and technology Kyndryl invested in.
