<div><strong>ROLE DESCRIPTION:</strong></div><div>As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kyle Pauley - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. </div><div><br></div><div>We look forward to connecting with you if you are the customer-focused and empathetic team member we are searching for. <li>Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.</li>
<li>Assist customers with policy changes and updates.</li>
<li>Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.</li>
</ul><div><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Must be able to pass the state property and casualty test for this position</li>
<li>Communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented and able to multitask.</li>
<li>Previous customer service experience preferred.</li>
