We’re looking for a motivated and outgoing Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team.<br><br>

</div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Build relationships with new and existing customers</li>
<li>Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products</li>
<li>Generate quotes and close new business opportunities</li>
<li>Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer communication</li>
<li>Conduct policy reviews and help customers understand their coverage</li>
<li>Support retention efforts and provide exceptional customer experiences</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with the team to achieve agency goals</li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Sales experience preferred, but not required</li>
<li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills</li>
<li>Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset</li>
<li>Comfortable having sales conversations and asking for the business</li>
<li>Organized, dependable, and professional</li>
