About the Role
We are hiring KYC & Verification Specialists for our client, a technology-driven background verification organisation.
The role involves processing verification requests, validating candidate information, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely completion of assigned cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and document verification.
- Process CRC and PCC verification requests.
- Review Aadhaar, PAN, Driving Licence and supporting documents.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate exceptions.
- Update verification records and case statuses.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Meet daily productivity and turnaround-time targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve pending cases.
Requirements
- Graduate or undergraduate candidates may apply.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
- Basic computer skills and MS Excel knowledge.
- Good attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Must be willing to work from the Bengaluru office.
