About the role

Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Preparing and serving fresh, vegetarian gourmet salads for approximately 25 team members every day, as per the organization’s rotating weekly menu.
  • Managing the end-to-end salad bar operations, including ingredient sourcing from local markets, inventory tracking, workstation setup, daily hygiene, and post-service clean-up.
  • Collaborating with the team to innovate new salad recipes using seasonal and exotic ingredients, while maintaining cost-efficiency and nutritional balance.
  • Logging consumption trends, gathering team feedback, and contributing insights toward improving taste, presentation, and efficiency.
  • Supporting the broader objective of the organization to test and analyze the impact of consistent healthy eating (via the in-office salad bar) on employee well-being and productivity.

This internship is being conducted under DO IT FOR ME LLC, with backend operations powered by Kweesha Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Unlike typical culinary internships, this is part of a live organizational experiment—designed to explore how regular access to fresh, healthy food can positively influence team productivity, mental clarity, and morale. Most hotel management students don’t get the opportunity to design, implement, and measure a food concept within a working business ecosystem. At our Lucknow office, you’ll do just that.

You won’t just be prepping salads—you’ll be: Testing food hypotheses, documenting feedback, optimizing systems, and learning what it takes to scale a food initiative in the real world. It’s a rare combination of culinary operations, entrepreneurship, wellness research, and service delivery—rolled into a focused 4–5 hour shift, 5 days a week.

This is a real experiment, and we’re fully equipped to conduct it over 3 months.

Research reports based on this initiative will be published in international publications, with interns credited by name for their work and contribution. Hence, every detail—from sourcing to service—must be documented meticulously.
