IT SUPPORT & SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

Position Title: IT Officer Department: Operations / Administration Reports To: Executive Management Location: Kuwait Job Purpose The IT Officer is responsible for managing all technical systems across the company, ensuring smooth digital operations, supporting employees, and leading the implementation of the ERP, CRM, and digital workflow tools. This role ensures data accuracy, improves efficiency through technology, and supports the company's digital transformation. Key Responsibilities 1. ERP System Management Lead the full implementation of the company ERP system. Conduct employee training sessions for all departments on system use. Provide ongoing ERP support and troubleshoot issues. Ensure accurate and complete data entry across all departments. 2. Digital Data & Infrastructure Manage and maintain the company's digital data backup system. Oversee physical filing systems and ensure consistency across departments. Digitalize reporting, approvals, and internal workflows to reduce manual work. 3. Email & User Access Management Manage the company's email domain. Create email accounts for new employees and deactivate accounts for leavers. Ensure secure access policies for all employees. 4. Technical Support Provide day-to-day technical support for all company employees. Assist the purchasing department in preparing laptops, PCs, and IT equipment for new and current staff. Ensure all hardware is working properly and updated. 5. Website & Digital Experience Support and improve the company website's functionality and performance. Coordinate technical updates, bug fixes, or enhancements. 6. CRM & Chatbots Manage the company CRM and chatbot systems. Ensure data accuracy and workflow integration within CRM platforms. Optimize customer-interaction systems for better efficiency. 7. Digital Transformation & Efficiency Recommend and implement technology or AI tools to reduce cost, speed up tasks, and increase efficiency. Integrate digital systems between departments for seamless communication and workflow. 8. Vending Machine Systems Manage and oversee the vending machine software. Ensure machines are updated, connected, and operating correctly. Coordinate with suppliers for technical updates or issues. Qualifications Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Experience with ERP systems (preferred). Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience in CRM platforms, website management, and digital tools. Knowledge in data backup, hardware setup, and network basics. Excellent communication skills and ability to train non-technical staff.
