<div>We are looking for a warm, patient, and reliable <strong>Early Learning Assistant</strong> to support our young students (ages 3–10) in building strong foundational skills in math and reading.<br><br>

</div><div>🕒 Schedule:<br><br>
</div><ul><li> Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM </li></ul><div> Responsibilities:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Work closely with early learners (preschool–3rd grade) </li>
<li> Guide students with worksheets, reading, and number recognition </li>
<li> Support proper pencil grip and letter/number formation </li>
<li> Encourage focus, independence, and confidence </li>
<li> Assist with classroom organization and student flow </li>
</ul><div>✅ Requirements:<br><br>

<li> Enjoy working with young children </li>
<li> Patient, energetic, and attentive </li>
<li> Strong communication skills </li>
<li> Reliable and punctual (arrives a few minutes early) </li>
<li> High school student (16+) or college student preferred </li>
