About the Role: As a Promo Producer, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing high-impact digital advertising campaigns across various social media platforms. You will leverage your expertise in ad frameworks and generative AI tools to create compelling story ads that resonate with our target audiences, driving measurable results in customer engagement and acquisition. Key Responsibilities: Produce creatives on shows provided to ensure we can achieve a sustainable CAC. Utilize generative AI tools & techniques for content creation, ensuring that messaging is innovative, engaging, and effectively integrated across all digital platforms. Monitor and analyze advertising performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), view-through rates, cost per impression, cost per install and customer acquisition costs (CAC) to optimize campaigns and improve ROI. Manage large-scale digital advertising campaigns, ensuring they are delivered efficiently and are scalable across mass markets. Stay updated on trends in Indian pop culture and entertainment Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in creating captivating visual Ads/promos/creatives for video shows across OTTs, networks and production houses. Proven experience on a promo production role within the OTT or digital entertainment industry is a plus. Strong understanding of digital advertising frameworks, strategies, and success metrics such as CTR, CPI, view-through rate, and CAC. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple shows simultaneously. Comfort in using AI tools to enhance your productivity and its corresponding workflows.
