We are looking for a data-driven Business Analyst to join our high-impact team. Responsibilities

• Closely work with business leaders and founder’s office to discover insights and solve high-impact problems across business verticals using data.
• Lead day-to-day analysis requirements and present insights in a structured form.
• Be on top of data to help develop actionable insights from weekly / monthly business performance reviews.
• Collaborate across different teams to reach the root of a problem/insight.
• Leverage multiple sources of information (primary data analysis, qualitative research, etc.) to generate deeper insights.
• Design, run and measure experiments to test the business hypotheses in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
• Monitor and forecast key business metrics regularly.

Requirements

• You have 1-3 years of experience in high-growth tech startups, management consulting, PE/VC funds.
• You have hands-on experience of using SQL on a daily basis to extract data and are comfortable with excel.
• You have hands-on experience in building dashboards on visualization platforms like Tableau, Power BI, periscope data, cluvio etc.
• Breathe data and have exceptional problem-solving and presentation skills.
• Preferably have some basic knowledge of python / R (not a deal-breaker).
