About the role
The product team brings more customers to Kuku FM daily by distributing KUKU FM externally, retaining existing customers, resurrecting dormant/past customers organically, and building Growth products. An IC who understands the stated product strategy deeply derives actionable insights from Data and executes excellently by shipping high-quality products and operating rigorously.
What will you do
Product Strategy: Create a clear product roadmap of prioritized features & initiatives to
widely distribute KUKU FM
prevent customer churn
create smooth pathways for new, dormant, and past customers to re/join KUKU FM organically, and
enable rapid revenue growth
Product Execution: Ship products that execute stated Growth strategies effectively through clear & actionable product specs (PRDs, GTM plans, Jira Issues, etc.) and hands-on sprint management to ship high-quality products within cost/quality/time budgets
Influencing People: Drive the team to operate highly and influence the digital marketing team on martech configurations via Singular, AppsFlyer, Firebase Partnerships, etc.
Customer Insight: Generate actionable quant insights. Deeply understand customer behavior and closely monitor metrics related to new and returning customers with great attention.
