About the role

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing strong relationships with our most strategic customers. This involves understanding their needs, challenges and business goals, and working closely with them to deliver tailored solutions that drive value for their organisation. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive growth and profitability - Providing proactive account management and being the single point of contact for your customers - Identifying new business opportunities and working with cross-functional teams to win new business - Providing input into the development of new products and services to better meet customer needs - Representing Kuehne+Nagel at customer meetings and events - Collaborating with colleagues across the organisation to ensure seamless service delivery
