About the role
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of the exchange’s derivatives business (perpetual futures, margin, spot, etc.), including product design, features, UX, system logic, development, and release, ensuring alignment with market demand and user expectations.
- Propose targeted product optimization plans based on market research, covering new features, interface improvements, and user experience enhancements.
- Continuously refine product strategies and features based on user feedback and data analysis to improve engagement and satisfaction.
- Deliver high-quality product specifications, including UI/UX design, interaction flows, functional logic, and calculation formulas, ensuring alignment with both user needs and market trends.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and marketing teams to efficiently translate business requirements into product deliverables, driving rapid iteration and launch.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or related fields. Background in Web3, blockchain, finance, securities, or futures trading is a strong plus.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in derivatives product management at an exchange, with a solid understanding of exchange business models.
- Proven Web3 product experience, with strong skills in product planning, cross-functional coordination, and execution. Familiarity with blockchain product design and C-end product management methodologies.
- Solid experience in trading product design with in-depth knowledge of trading, user services, risk control, and clearing modules. Strong user-centric mindset with attention to detail in design optimization.
- Proficiency in mainstream product design tools such as Axure, Figma, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong sense of ownership, innovation, and self-motivation; passionate about competitor research and continuously improving product experience.
- Excellent logical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills; able to clearly articulate ideas and work effectively across teams.
- Ability to deeply understand underlying business logic and translate it into precise R&D requirements.
