</div><div>We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at KUCHT Appliances. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable handling real customer situations — not just answering calls, but driving solutions.<br><br>
</div><div>What You’ll Do<br><br>

<li> Handle customer calls and emails with professionalism and empathy </li>
<li> Manage service cases from start to finish (not just “log and forget”) </li>
<li> Coordinate with technicians and internal teams to resolve issues </li>
<li> Follow up with customers to ensure things actually get fixed </li>
<li> Keep clear, organized notes in our system </li>
