Job Description
· Design and implement Kubernetes-based container platforms on AWS EKS
· Architect cloud solutions that optimize for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency
· Establish best practices for container deployment, scaling, and lifecycle management
· Implement infrastructure automation and self-service capabilities
· Provide technical guidance on cloud migration strategies and containerization approaches
· Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues across the container and cloud stack
· Collaborate with development teams to optimize application deployment patterns
· Document architectural decisions, runbooks, and operational procedures
· Support DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline integration
· Extensive hands-on experience with AWS compute stack (EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, Auto Scaling) and storage services (EBS, EFS, S3, FSx, Glacier, Storage Gateway)
· Deep expertise in Kubernetes architecture, deployment patterns, and operations
· Proficiency with container orchestration including pod scheduling, service mesh, ingress controllers, and cluster autoscaling
· Experience with Helm charts, Kubernetes operators, and GitOps workflows
· Strong understanding of AWS networking (VPC, Subnets, Security ACLs), IAM, infrastructure-as-code (CloudFormation/Terraform), and security best practices
