Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a KST (Kitchen Stewarding Team) Supervisor at Hotel Centre Point, located in Nagpur, Maharashtra. The KST Supervisor will oversee and manage the daily operations of the kitchen stewarding department, ensure cleanliness and hygiene, monitor inventory levels of kitchen supplies, and implement waste management practices. The role also involves training and supervising staff, coordinating with the kitchen and service teams for smooth operations, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in team supervision, staff training, and managing day-to-day kitchen operations
- Knowledge of hygiene, cleanliness standards, and waste management practices
- Basic understanding of inventory management and kitchen equipment maintenance
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and team management abilities
- Proficiency in hospitality operations and health & safety compliance is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role at a hospitality establishment is advantageous
