Technical/Functional Systems Analyst - AutoTime Kronos, UKG

The role of a Technical/Functional Systems Analyst at AutoTime involves supporting the workforce management system, including timesheet and time attendance software. The analyst is responsible for:

• Impact analysis of existing interfaces (developed on AutoTime 1.9.4) with SAP ECC6 EhP 7, after upgrading to Autotime 2.0.

• Testing the interfaces between Autotime 2.0 and ECC 6EhP 7.

• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and interpret requirements for AutoTime.

• Providing day-to-day operational support and resolving issues in coordination with the team.

• Creating ad-hoc queries and scripts to analyze data and support operational requests.

• Implementing designed solutions using technical expertise and providing estimates on the impact and cost of requested changes.

• Presenting alternatives for requirements and solution design, suggesting improvements in business processes.

Qualifications typically include:

• 7+ years’ experience supporting Workforce AutoTime or other commercial timekeeping applications.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge of Time and Attendance, Labor/Shop Floor Data Collection, and Payroll processing concepts.

• Experience with project accounting concepts and responding to audit/compliance requests.
