Technology - Operational Excellence - Intern

We are seeking a high-performing Summer Intern that will support the Technology team by maintaining and improving the accuracy, completeness, and usability of vendor data repository. The role will focus on reviewing vendor documents for missing or inconsistent terms, coordinating with contract owners to remediate gaps, updating process documentation, and supporting data definition and validation activities for a technology cost allocation model. The selected candidate will also support refining definitions & gathering allocation drivers for Technology’s utilization model. This is a hands‑on role that combines data review, process documentation, and cross‑functional coordination.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Vendor Repository Review & Maintenance
  • Review vendor contracts and related documents to identify missing or incomplete fields in the technology vendor repository
  • Log gaps or questions and follow clear instructions to update specific fields in a shared repository
  • Partner with contract owners, with guidance, to validate information and update required data elements and terms
  • Ensure repository data meets defined standards for completeness and accuracy
  • Process Documentation Updates
  • Help update process documents by making edits, formatting updates, and organizing content 
  • Improve FAQs and video tutorials to make user interaction more effective
  • Allocation Model Data Support
  • Assist with documenting, cleaning, and standardizing cost driver definitions
  • Support data gathering efforts across multiple sources
  • Review model inputs and outputs for reasonableness, consistency, and alignment to documented definitions

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a closely related technical field
  • Graduation date between December 2026 and September 2027
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with structured data
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint & Power BI preferred
  • Coursework or interest in data management, finance, technology operations, or process improvement is a plus
