Test Details: Not Available Roles and Responsibilities: 1.Analytical Thinking Break down business problems into structured hypotheses using MECE and other analytical frameworks Perform exploratory and statistical analysis to uncover trends Execute A/B testing, pre-post analysis, and Difference-in-Differences techniques for impact evaluation Conduct customer segmentation, business funnel and driver analysis, growth deep-dives, attribution analysis, and cohort analysis 2.SQL for Analysis Write efficient SQL queries for business analysis and reporting Join multiple tables, filter data using WHERE/HAVING clauses, and apply aggregations Use subqueries and built-in SQL functions to solve practical business questions Understand table relationships and apply appropriate logic to extract insights 3.Data Preparation and Exploration Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources Perform Exploratory Data Analysis to identify patterns, distributions, and anomalies 4.Data Visualization & Communication Build insightful visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to present findings Translate complex data results into clear business stories and recommendations 5.Collaboration & Execution Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements Support decision-making with timely, accurate, and relevant analyses Eligibility: Desired Work Experience · Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience Required Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or related quantitative field · Strong grasp of core statistics: mean, median, variance, skewness, distributions, ANOVA, hypothesis testing · Strong SQL skills in a business analytics context · Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau · Proficiency in Excel or Python is a plus · Good written and verbal communication skills Note The work location are Mysuru/Hubli in Karnataka and there is no provision of WFH/Hybrid/Remote opportunities
