Purpose of the position: As senior programmatic campaign manager, you will be primarily responsible for execution and optimization of campaigns on comapany's DSP and manage the team of junior campaign managers to achieve the desired KPIs. You will proactively work towards innovations and process improvement within the Ad Operations team.
Key responsibilities & duties:
• Set up, traffic and optimize programmatic campaign strategies on our DSP
• Campaign creation, data onboarding, A/B testing, foresight in campaign structure to prepare for optimizations and KPI achievements, setting bid strategies, supply optimization, etc.
• Manage campaign scaling and pacing to evaluate KPI delivery
• Identify and implement optimizations
• Understand how to manage different types of goals and requirements (awareness, branding, viewability, brand safety)
• Create a feedback loop and proactively suggest recommendations to sales. Help sales in adding successful strategies in the media planning phase. Help sales to set the right and achievable KPI/expectations for the clients
• Share new feature requirements or enhancements in the current product/feature which will help in achieving the campaign KPIs
• Keep the stakeholders, including clients and internal team members, updated with the campaign performance. Work on delivery and tracking reports
• Work with internal teams & turn available data into actionable insights, provide consultive suggestions and device strategies for continuous campaign improvement
Required Skills (Essential and Good to have and Optional)
• Campaign Execution and Optimization: Expertise in setting up, managing, and optimizing programmatic campaigns across DSPs. Familiarity with ad platforms (DV360, CM360, The Trade Desk), tracking macros, and creative testing tools. Should be able to manage large budgets across micro-targeted campaigns. (Essential)
• Data Analysis and Performance Monitoring: Strong ability to analyze campaign metrics (CTR, CPM, CPA) and implement data-driven optimizations. (Essential)
• Ad Operations Knowledge: Proficiency in ad trafficking, tag management, troubleshooting, and resolving delivery discrepancies. (Essential)
• At least 1 years’ experience working on any self-serve DSPs (e.g. DV360, TradeDesk, Appnexus) (Essential)
• At least 3+ years’ experience in launching, managing and optimizing campaigns using programmatic demand side platforms (DSP) (Good to have)
Academic or Trade qualifications
• Graduation degree
• Fluent English
• Certificate from DV360, CM360, other DSP platform (optional)
