About the role

Position Overview 
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing post-sales client relationships, focusing on account farming and growth while driving revenue and maintaining high customer satisfaction (CSAT). You will handle advertiser and campaign on-boarding, manage client communication, and ensure seamless collaboration between internal teams and clients. Your success will be measured by your ability to expand client accounts, upsell new services, and maintain strong relationships that drive recurring revenue. 


What Are the Responsibilities? 
 

● Client Communication & Relationship Management: 
o Serve as the primary post-sale contact, ensuring consistent and transparent 
communication. 
o Handle advertiser on-boarding, ensuring all campaign specifications, assets, and goals 
are in place. 
o Provide regular performance insights, reports, and recommendations to clients, 
optimizing results and ensuring their satisfaction. 
 

● Account Farming & Growth: 
o Focus on nurturing client relationships, identifying and acting on opportunities to grow 
accounts by upselling additional products, services, or campaign enhancements. 
o Analyze campaign performance and client goals to suggest new strategies, formats, and 
platforms that drive incremental revenue. 
o Build long-term partnerships with clients, fostering trust and positioning Aroscop as their 
go-to solution for ad campaign needs. 


● Revenue & CSAT Focus: 
o Own revenue growth targets, ensuring client accounts expand over time through the 
upsell of new services or additional campaigns. 
o Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) by delivering excellent 
service, rapid response to inquiries, and resolving issues proactively. 
o Ensure that client KPIs and goals are met or exceeded, contributing to overall campaign 
success and retention. 


● Campaign On-boarding & Execution: 
o Coordinate with internal teams (Ad Operations, Sales, and Tech) to ensure seamless 
campaign set-up and timely delivery. 
o Support clients through campaign set-up, A/B testing, and optimization phases, aligning 
campaign goals with client expectations. 
o Provide consultative support to clients to refine campaign strategies and ensure success.

 
● Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: 
o Act as the first point of escalation for any client concerns or technical issues related to 
campaigns. 
o Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and ensure ongoing client 
satisfaction. 


● Client Retention & Growth Strategy: 
o Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow client accounts, focusing on 
long-term client relationships and recurring revenue. 
o Proactively seek feedback from clients to improve future campaigns and deliverables, 
ensuring a high client renewal rate. 


● Internal Collaboration: 
o Collaborate with Sales and Ad Operations teams to align client objectives with campaign 
execution and performance. 
o Share client feedback with the Product team, driving enhancements and improvements 
that better serve client needs. 


What Is Required from You? 
● A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 
● 2+ years of experience in account management, with a proven track record in revenue growth and customer satisfaction, ideally within digital advertising or ad operations. 
●   Experience in managing and growing client accounts, with a focus on upselling and retention. 
● Knowledge of programmatic ad platforms or DSPs is a plus. 
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-first mindset. 
● Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. 
● Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue and CSAT goals.
