About the role

As a business development (sales) intern at Kristalball, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our sales team and gain hands-on experience in driving business growth. Your role will involve leveraging your English proficiency, MS Excel skills, and knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing to identify new sales opportunities and drive revenue growth. Your critical and analytical thinking skills will be essential in conducting market research, optimizing SEO strategies, and developing effective marketing strategies. You will also be responsible for negotiating situations, managing client relationships, and delivering compelling presentations using tools like Canva and MS PowerPoint. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to utilize Power BI to analyze sales data and customer data and make data-driven decisions for Kristalball as well as for our clients operating as a consultant facilitating clients to derive greater value from our app insights. Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify target markets and potential clients.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Utilize SEO techniques to drive traffic and improve search rankings.
  • Manage client relationships and negotiate situations. Operationally responsible for onboarding new clients effectively working closely with the CRM team.
  • Create visually appealing presentations using Canva and MS PowerPoint from time to time.
  • Implement sales and marketing tools to improve internal productivity and secure & close leads in less time.
