About the role
We are an online company in the business of providing translation, transcription and various other linguistic services to international clients from different timezones.
We are looking for a Computer geek as a virtual assistant having strong IT skills with some knowledge of AI applications.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Email handling
· Create digital marketing campaigns
· Use AI to prepare graphics, emails and newsletters to send to current customers
· Update and improve templates of Google Spreadsheets
· Create and update websites
· Work with the sales team to coordinate marketing campaigns
· Optimise the business website to increase online traffic
· Follow best practices for social media marketing on different platform
· Conduct regular audits for social media and website marketing performance
· Editing and proofreading
· Manage Back Office Tasks
