The role We're looking for an early-career professional who's eager to grow within the world of consulting. If you're someone who likes to dive into research, organize ideas clearly, and support decision-making with structure and insight, this role is a great fit. You'll work closely with senior consultants on both client-facing and internal strategy projects. Your day-to-day tasks will be varied - ranging from conducting market analysis and supporting planning sessions, to reviewing business materials and contributing to structured recommendations. Your responsibilities Assist senior consultants with client projects and internal strategy work Conduct research on markets, industries, and business models Support the development of structured analyses using strategic frameworks Prepare summaries, briefs, and presentation outlines for client and internal use Participate in team discussions and working sessions, contributing ideas and insights Help review company materials and identify operational or structural challenges Contribute to planning documents for workshops, reviews, and internal initiatives What we're looking for Sharp analytical skills and the ability to think in structured ways Clear, confident communication - both in writing and speaking A proactive mindset, with a willingness to take ownership of your work Curiosity about business, markets, and how organizations operate Bonus points if you have: Familiarity with strategy and business analysis methods Experience working on case studies or structured business problems Awareness of sustainability, innovation, or emerging trends in business 1-2 years of experience in consulting, research, or business roles
