</div><div>KRE Security is seeking a motivated and dependable Armed Security Field Supervisor to support and lead field operations across multiple client sites.<br><br>

You’ll be trusted to oversee operations, support officers in the field, and ensure high standards are met across all assigned locations.<br><br>

</div><div>What You’ll Do<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Lead and support security officers across multiple client sites </li>
<li> Conduct site visits to ensure proper coverage, quality, and compliance </li>
<li> Train, coach, and mentor team members </li>
<li> Prepare accurate daily reports and incident documentation </li>
<li> Serve as a key communication link between field staff and management </li>
<li> Respond to incidents and help resolve on-site challenges </li>
</ul><div>What You Bring<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Previous security experience (required) </li>
<li> Supervisory or leadership experience (preferred) </li>
<li> ACT 235 certification <strong>or willingness to obtain within a reasonable timeframe</strong>
</li>
<li> Law enforcement or military background (a plus, not required) </li>
<li> Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills </li>
<li> Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record </li>
<li> Ability to work weekends and adapt to operational needs </li>
