UI/UX Design Trainee

KraftPixel is a bespoke IT development services company grateful to be working with clients like HDFC Securities, IIFL, smallcase, HDFC Bank Limited, tickertape and more carrying a focus on projects in the web domain. We are looking for a high-ownership internship candidate with basic working knowledge of business development, a fair understanding of web development and who doesn't need to start from scratch as this is an advanced internship. Responsibilities 1. You will be designing wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces on Figma for web application as per latest web development standards and practices 2. Gather insights, and analyze feedback to enhance user experience. 3. Work closely with developers to ensure seamless UI/UX implementation 4. Contribute to the design of system components, color palettes, and typography. 5. Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and user needs 6. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback 7. Ensuring logging of a minimum 198 productive hours per month in Zoho Projects 8. Exercising high ownership and accountability as an integral part of your career at KraftPixel. 9. Completing the learning modules and assignments given to you, working on feedback and growing towards a full-time Associate UI/UX Designer position at KraftPixel
