AI Leader

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML/NLP Leader to join our innovative team. This role involves
developing applications and systems leveraging AI to enhance performance and efficiency, focusing on
deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and natural language processing (NLP). You will be responsible
for building and deploying AI models, developing advanced algorithms, and collaborating with cross-
functional teams to drive our AI initiatives forward.
Salary Range: 110 LPA max including variable.
Experience: 12 + years
Location: Ahmedabad (Hybrid from October ’24)
Roles & Responsibilities:
 AI Model Development: Build and deploy predictive models and advanced algorithms to extract and
classify information from large datasets.
 Technology Evaluation: Evaluate emerging technologies that may enhance our analytical platform.
 Pattern Identification: Identify and exploit new patterns in data using various techniques.
 Toolkit Utilization: Work with machine learning and data mining toolkits such as NLP, Semantic Web,
R, Core NLP, and NLTK.
 Information Retrieval: Use libraries like Lucene and SOLR for information retrieval.
 Collaboration: Work in a fast-paced, test-driven, collaborative, and iterative programming
environment.
 Integration: Collaborate with developers to integrate front-end interfaces with backend systems.
 Domain Knowledge Application: Apply knowledge of the Insurance, Banking, and Capital Markets
domains to inform AI model development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
 Coding: Strong coding ability in Python and R programming languages.
 Data Handling: Experience in crunching large datasets for statistical modeling, data mining, and
developing recommendation solutions.
 NLP Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in NLP.
 AI Solutions: Proven track record of delivering impactful AI-driven solutions.
 Educational Background: Strong educational background in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a
related field.
Additional Information:

Key Account Manager

 Experience: 12 years’ experience, with minimum of 5 years of experience in NLP.
 Candidate: The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Computer Science,
Mathematics, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful AI-driven
solutions.
 Skills: Strong coding ability in Python and R, experience with machine learning toolkits and libraries,
and proficiency in integrating front-end and backend systems.
 Domain Knowledge: Knowledge in the Insurance, Banking, and Capital Markets domains.
