🎯 What this role is REALLY about:
This is not your regular EA gig.
This is a high-trust, high-ownership, high-awareness role built around one mission — protect Rishabh’s focus and maximize his time.
You’ll work directly with the founder, helping him operate at his highest level — both at work and in life.
Your responsibilities will orbit around 4 core areas:🧘♂️ Personal Wellness & Life Ops
- Plan and coordinate meals based on his nutritional goals
- Book/reschedule health checkups, therapy sessions, and training slots
- Manage subscriptions, travel bookings, and random life logistics
- Flag things before he notices — whether it’s an expired document or a missed follow-up
🧑💻 Work & Calendar Management
- Act as the gatekeeper and optimizer of his calendar
- Ensure he's always prepped for meetings with briefs and context
- Take notes during important calls, summarize, and follow up
- Own small admin ops tasks like contract coordination, meeting logistics, payments, etc.
📬 Comms & Coordination
- Manage his WhatsApp and email proactively, reply, escalate, delegate
- Triage incoming requests and decide what needs his attention
- Be the go-to POC for internal team if anything’s stuck
- Draft emails, replies, and occasional brand communication with context and tone aligned
⚙️ Founder Enablement Ops
- Spot inefficiencies and fix them with simple systems
- Help him implement new habits (yes, that includes making sure he drinks enough water 😅)
- Be the first to know what’s broken and the fastest to fix it
- Handle personal errands and vendor coordination with ease
