About the role

About the position We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Project Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The SCD Project Manager role lies within the European Supply Chain and the Tomato Ketchup "Pod". You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. The delivery of Tomato Ketchup (TK) innovation, ESG, VE and other projects will be your primary responsibility. You're constantly looking for improvement activities within Europe. In brief, you are responsible for: Project management & Portfolio value: Lead and deliver high and medium complexity projects end-to-end. Projects include new product launches, CAPEX investments, cost savings initiatives and supply chain changes. By delivering TK projects, you contribute heavily to the "Portfolio value" KPI and Kraft Heinz NSV and EBIT overall. Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Head of Pod, peers, BUs, and senior leadership, to gather input, secure buy-in, and drive alignment on project priorities and objectives. Be considered as an important sparring partners for other cross-functional Pod members, including the Head of Pod. Supply Chain Representation: Be the voice of Supply Chain in TK Pod related topics and ensure all your projects are feasible from an efficient supply chain execution perspective. Expert Engagement: Identify opportunities to bring in other SC experts, such as those specializing in demand forecasting, supply management, or engineering, to provide additional support and expertise as needed. (SC) Collaboration: Bring together SC, operations and manufacturing stakeholders to facilitate knowledge sharing, collaboration, and support for implementing best practices and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain. Fostering continuous learning: Support in training the organization in project management by sharing knowledge with (junior) team members and colleagues outside the function. This includes mentoring, training, creating resources, and promoting best practices to enhance project management skills across the organization. Qualifications Bachelor or Master degree; 3/4 years of experience in FMCG, preferably in Supply Chain Analytical and strong logical reasoning skills Strong communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Good business acumen English Expert in Excel and Powerpoint Professional Attributes Communication Skills – People are easily be exposed to senior management, no matter their level. Therefore, it's important to have excellent interpersonal skills, to take care of all kinds of different collaborators. Ability to Simplify – We like to keep it simple. And to implement fast. Your simplification skills will be highly appreciated, when providing simple solutions dealing with sophisticated challenges. Analytical – We're a very data driven company, making it crucial to be able to translate complex data into a simple solution with an analytical approach.
