With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, innovation, and service excellence, we are looking for a skilled Quality Analyst with experience in the travel domain to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate customer interactions (calls, chats, and emails) for quality and compliance with travel industry standards. Analyze travel-related queries and identify service gaps or process improvement areas. Provide constructive feedback to agents handling flight, hotel, or tour bookings. Conduct regular audits and calibration sessions to ensure consistency in quality assessments. Track and report quality metrics, including CSAT, First Call Resolution, and compliance scores. Stay updated with travel industry trends, fare rules, GDS tools (if applicable), and customer service best practices. Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Quality Analyst in the travel industry (B2B or B2C). Sound knowledge of travel processes, GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.), and customer journey flows. Excellent communication and feedback delivery skills. Comfortable working night shifts.
