About the role

Are you enthusiastic about network technology and technology in general? Do you have experience in providing network services? And do you like to work in a team that is committed to providing our customers with the best possible service? Then this might be the job for you!As a Service Manager NOC OTN Fiber, you will be responsible for managing the operations of the OTN fiber network at the Network Operations Center (NOC). You will ensure that our customers receive the best possible service and that any incidents are resolved as quickly as possible. You will also be responsible for continuously improving the processes and procedures within the NOC. Your daily tasks will include:- Monitoring and managing the OTN fiber network- Resolving incidents and ensuring a stable network- Continuous improvement of processes and procedures- Reporting on the performance of the network- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders
