Own pricing strategies on the cart page, ensuring an optimal balance between margins and conversion rates. Analyze and mitigate payment failures to improve checkout success rates and overall transaction efficiency. Translate business needs into product requirements for conversion and merchandising improvements. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to implement solutions that enhance customer experience and drive sales. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in growth, category management, or merchandising, preferably in Q-commerce or E-commerce. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams.
