Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial insights to support the growth and success of our organization. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections • Reconcile bank accounts and other general ledger accounts • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and provide analytical support for financial planning and decision-making • Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards, laws, and regulations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial information and support business initiatives • Mentor and train junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development • Participate in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed
