Product Designer

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to understand user needs and create designs that deliver exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct user research and analysis to gain insights into user behaviors, pain points, and requirements - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design concepts - Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across our product portfolio - Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to refine and iterate on designs - Collaborate with developers to ensure successful implementation of designs - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user experience design Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer - Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite - Understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and interaction design - Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive and user-friendly designs - Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams - Passion for creating thoughtful and delightful user experiences - Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of other languages is a plus
