Human Resource - Analyst (Background Verification)

KPMG is hiring for the role of Analyst- Background Verification! Responsibilities of the Candidate: Document collection, review, and updating in the correct format in various tools Initiation of the background verification process Communicate with background verification vendor for report issuance Analyze the background verification report and take the required action for case closure Communicate with stakeholders based on the findings in the background verification report Communicate with candidates for document submission Maintain data for routine MIS reports and handle ad-hoc report request as required Requirements: Should know the background verification process Experience in document management and background verification process Experience of working in tight timelines and under pressure situations Experience in MIS management Experience in managing high-volume Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office tools Strong executive presence with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Good Problem-Solving Skills Self-starter, with the ability to work and execute independently with minimal oversight Any Graduate / Post-graduate from a reputed institute 0-2 years of experience
