Travel Planning & Coordination
•Manage end to end employee travel arrangements including flights, hotels, ground transport, Forex and visa.
•Ensure all bookings comply with company travel policy and approval workflows.
•Support employees with itinerary planning and travel guidance.
2. Vendor Management
•Manage relationships with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, cab vendors, and visa facilitators.
•Negotiate competitive rates and contracts to achieve cost savings.
•Conduct periodic vendor performance reviews and service audits.
•Should be able to manage team and Implant travel agency.
3. Policy & Compliance
•Implement and maintain the organization’s travel policy.
•Ensure compliance with travel safety, risk management guidelines, and corporate standards.
•Provide guidance to employees on travel-related procedures and escalation issues.
4. Cost Management & Reporting
•Monitor travel spends, analyze trends, and prepare periodic reports for management.
•Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
•Maintain dashboards on travel volumes, expenses, and vendor performance.
•Manage annual budgeting and monthly billing,
5. Travel Support & Issue Resolution
•Provide timely support for travel-related issues, changes, or emergencies.
•Coordinate with vendors for refunds, rebooking’s, and exceptions.
•Ensure smooth travel experience for employees during domestic and international travel.
6. Documentation & Administration
•Maintain accurate records of bookings, contracts, invoices, and traveler data.
•Ensure timely processing of travel invoices and reconciliation of expenses.
•Manage travel insurance, visa documentation, and compliance records.
Full time bachelor’s degree in administration, Hospitality, Travel Management, or related field.
•3-4 years of experience in corporate travel management or travel operations.
•Strong knowledge of travel industry practices, GDS systems, and vendor landscapes.
•Experience working with travel agencies, airlines, visa vendors, and hotel partners.
