CIO Advisory Service is aimed at building capabilities that are directly related to the CIO and managing / transforming the IT function through IT Strategy, Enterprise Architecture and Technology Infrastructure, ITSM and TBM.
Our IT Strategy practice helps clients optimize their IT service delivery capabilities. We are seeking skilled practitioners to join our team and experience the satisfaction of delivering complex IT Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, IT Transformation and IT Governance consulting services to our Fortune 500 clients.

- Graduate in Engineering (preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology)
- MBA (preferably from Tier -1 Institute in India or abroad)

Roles and responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and support the definition of data strategy aligned to organizational objectives. Conduct assessments of client’s data operating model and governance processes using knowledge of frameworks such as DAMA-DMBOK, DOTS framework etc.
- Develop and maintain data models to support analytics, regulatory, and reporting requirements.
- Support digital transformation initiatives through data integration, data analysis, and modernization of data platforms. Develop new data integration strategies and develop functionality for regular data ingestion and report building capabilities. Should be able to incorporate AI to enable self service reporting capabilities to further optimize data operating model.
- Worked to define MDM strategy to reconcile and remove data redundancies
- Assess and optimize Data & AI platform architecture for client landscapes, identifying gaps and roadmap by collaborating with client CDOs/Head of AI & Innovation.
- Assist in risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and data governance activities, including data privacy and policy adherence.
- Contribute to the design and review of data architectures, including data integration, data warehousing, analytics, and reporting solutions. Work with clients to assess their data architecture to identify bottlenecks and risks in maintaining data compliance and to enable seamless flow of data across and out of the organization to deliver business outcomes.
- Support end to end delivery of data solutions by preparing documentation, conducting technical reviews, and collaborating with cross functional teams.
- Ability to analyze data trends to support business decisions and experience in leveraging data visualization and reporting tools to communicate insights effectively
- Be part of the initiatives at CIO Advisory level and innovate on our current thinking to develop new approaches to change how organizations transform themselves with respect to technology and adopt emerging technologies
Experience & Background :
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in two or more key areas of focus mentioned above
- Certifications such as Ardoq, TOGAF, DAMA, DOTS, Azure/Google AI Certifications, ITIL 4 preferred
- Hands on experience with data reporting tools such as Apptio, Salesforce and Marketo/AEM is a plus
- Proficient in preparing C-suite level Decks, Reports and Excel frameworks
- Superb problem solving, analytical skills and logical thinking ability
- Excellent communication (written and oral) skills capable of discussing complex ideas with various groups, ranging from a board room to business unit leads
- Good team player with strong commitment to professional and client service excellence
