Roles & Responsibilities
- Support for GTL program. This may include but is not limited to:
- Building, Managing and Maintaining Portals on SharePoint Online/One Intranet
- Liaising with GTL stakeholders on daily basis to address their requests.
- Developing Automated Workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
- Building Interactive Dashboards and reports in PowerBI for data-driven decision making.
- Content Management & Support.
- Providing Best Practices and Recommendations on SharePoint Projects.
- Support ongoing enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
