This role will sit with the KGSDP Permissibility and Governance | dataCatalyst team under Digital Experience capability. This team sets clear, algorithm-driven rules to determine data and content permissibility and embeds guardrails into day-to-day workflows. They ensure usage aligns with firm policies, client contracts, and trust standards, continuously monitoring compliance and resolving exceptions. Through practical guidance, enabling tools, and governance metrics, they drive firm-wide improvements in data reuse and elevate the permissibility index.
Responsibilities
What you will do
•Sanitize client documents by identifying and removing PII and confidential information using automated redaction tools, complemented by manual QA; uphold firm data governance and privacy policies.
- Deidentification QA Monitoring & Reporting
- Validation of automated de‑identification outputs
- Spot‑checking for missed PII/PHI indicators (names, logos, signatures, images, etc.)
- Producing standardized de‑identification review reports for onshore review
- Contract Validation Support
- Review using pre‑defined decision attributes
- Other Content Harvesting Support for platform/tool (e.g., metadata validation, development of training & support documentation, other content harvesting activity
• Test, and iterate AI agents to meet defined business requirements.
•Build intranet pages in line with KPMG design standards and incorporate necessary content.
•Work within agreed service-level agreements (SLAs).
•Offer flexible support across capabilities, including Platform and Content.
•Possess working knowledge and hands-on experience SharePoint along with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)..
Qualifications
Educational qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree or equivalent post-graduation / diploma in accounting, economics, finance, or mathematics
Work experience
•The candidate must have to 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services firm/IT company/internal portal/content teams within key technology companies/procurement function
Mandatory technical & functional skills
•Strong analytical, QA, and documentation skills
•Demonstrated curiosity about AI
•Familiar with GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI) and core concepts like prompts, LLMs, and hallucinations..
