Digital Technology Consultant (Experienced Hire) Role Summary: As a Digital Technology Consultant, you will work with C-suite level clients to help them navigate the complex and rapidly evolving digital landscape. You will utilize your deep domain knowledge, industry insights, and technology expertise to develop innovative digital solutions that drive business transformation and value creation. Your role will involve a combination of strategic advisory, implementation, and change management responsibilities. Responsibilities: - Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite clients, helping them define and execute their digital transformation strategies - Leverage your industry expertise and digital technology know-how to identify and design innovative digital solutions that address client challenges - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., data analytics, cybersecurity, cloud, etc.) to develop and implement comprehensive digital solutions - Manage digital transformation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction - Stay abreast of the latest digital trends, technologies, and best practices, and share insights with the client and internal teams - Contribute to the growth and development of the Digital Consulting practice through thought leadership, service innovation, and client engagement Qualifications: - 8+ years of experience in digital consulting, IT strategy, or a related field - Strong understanding of emerging digital technologies (e.g., cloud, data analytics, AI/ML, IoT, blockchain) and their business applications - Demonstrated experience in leading digital transformation initiatives and driving measurable business outcomes - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner - Understanding of industry-specific digital use cases and the ability to tailor solutions to client needs - Strong project management skills and the ability to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
