About the role

Together with your team from the Markets department, you will support our business units in shaping their internal and external presence and in the targeted implementation of marketing concepts and content. This position is available for a fixed-term contract of two years.


Your tasks

Are you passionate about corporate events in physical, hybrid, and digital spaces? Then you can get involved here:

  • You will develop and manage innovative event marketing strategies for our business units to maintain high-quality customer relationships, maximize reach, generate leads, and strengthen our market positioning.
  • You will design, plan, and execute innovative business events (live, digital, hybrid) throughout Germany and assume responsibility for selected community and sponsorship events as well as major trade fairs.
  • In addition, you will coordinate event- and target group-specific marketing activities, speaker and content management, and follow-up measures after the events.
  • As part of project management, you will coordinate all internal and external trades for the event and act as an interface to the stakeholders.
  • You will be responsible for project-related budgeting and KPI-based evaluation of events.
  • You will also be responsible for administrative tasks such as participant management, maintaining participant data, sending mailings, displaying events on the KPMG website, etc.

Your profile

  • As a Marketing Employee - Event Management (f/m/d) you will join us with a degree in economics, communications or media sciences, ideally with a focus on event management.
  • You have professional experience from a similar position in a corporate or agency environment.
  • You act confidently in dealing with internal and external stakeholders as well as process-oriented corporate structures
  • Project experience with hybrid and digital corporate events is available.
  • You are open to new event formats.
  • Strong communication skills, initiative, and a structured and solution-oriented approach round off your qualifications.
  • You have very good knowledge of German and English.
