Together with your team from the Markets department, you will support our business units in shaping their internal and external presence and in the targeted implementation of marketing concepts and content. Our team is primarily based in Berlin, so collaboration with other locations primarily takes place virtually. Then you can get involved here: You will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and monitoring of integrated marketing activities in coordination with subject and industry experts. The operational management of various projects (such as campaigns, thought leadership, events/sponsorships, online measures) taking into account the appropriate marketing instruments will also be part of your responsibilities. You are responsible for the implementation, execution and further development of inbound marketing campaigns for lead generation and lead qualification using the inbound marketing software Hubspot. You will also be the central contact person for marketing and communications issues and will work closely with the internal marketing departments of editorial, graphics, events and digital marketing. You will be responsible for presenting marketing concepts to internal stakeholders as well as coordinating and coordinating their implementation within the project team. You manage the collaboration with the PR agency and ensure the placement of selected partner and focus topics in national and trade press. You manage external service providers and act as an interface between agencies and the marketing department. You will also be responsible for measuring the success of activities, defining and monitoring KPIs, and controlling budgets. As a Marketing & Communications Management employee (f/m/d), you will join us with a degree in economics, communications or media sciences, ideally with a focus on marketing. You have at least 5 years of solid professional experience in a similar position in the B2B or agency environment; experience in a consulting firm is desirable. You know how marketing works in a B2B environment and have a good feel for industry topics and trends. You have knowledge of content and inbound marketing, SEO/SEA, handling of analytics tools, CRM systems and marketing automation software. Strong communication skills, initiative, and a structured and solution-oriented approach round off your qualifications. You are fluent in written and spoken German. Your English skills are business-level.
