Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code - Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions - Mentor and guide junior developers - Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends Required Skills: - Proficient in one or more programming languages (C++, C#, Java, Python, etc.) - Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices - Hands-on experience in developing and deploying enterprise-level applications - Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools - Good communication and teamwork skills - Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
