We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Relationship Manager to lead business development and customer engagement in the Construction Equipment (CE) segment. The role involves enhancing the deposit base, cross-selling financial products, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving branch profitability. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail liabilities, sales, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
Source New-to-Bank (NTB) clients to expand the customer base.
Manage relationships with mid and large corporates, including infrastructure companies.
Handle clients with annual turnover exceeding ₹25 crore and an average lending ticket size of over ₹10 crore.
Manage and structure various banking products, including:
Cash Credit / Overdraft Limits
Project Funding for EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects
Term Loans / Foreign Currency Term Loans for working capital and equipment or plant & machinery purchases
Bank Guarantee Limits
Trade Products such as LC (Letter of Credit) limits for both import and domestic purchases
Bill Discounting Limits, including LC-backed and BOE-backed
Buyers Credit Limits
