About the role

As a Senior UX Researcher at Koru UX Design LLP, you will play a crucial role in conducting user research, analyzing user behavior, and translating insights into actionable design recommendations. You will be responsible for planning and executing research studies, including user interviews, usability testing, and contextual inquiries, to deeply understand our clients' target users and their needs. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative user research studies to gather insights on user behavior, pain points, and needs - Analyze research data and synthesize findings into meaningful insights and recommendations - Collaborate with the design team to incorporate user research insights into the product design process - Communicate research findings and design recommendations effectively to stakeholders - Stay up-to-date with the latest user research methodologies and trends Required Skills: - Proficient in conducting various user research methods (e.g., interviews, usability testing, contextual inquiries) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret research data and derive actionable insights - Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey research findings and recommendations - Familiarity with user-centered design principles and methodologies - Experience with research tools and software (e.g., Figma, Miro, Optimal Workshop) - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - 5+ years of experience in user research or a related field
