Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary language liaison between Korean-speaking patients and healthcare.
- Assist patients with appointment scheduling, registration, and follow-ups
- Explain medical procedures, treatment plans, and billing information in a culturally sensitive manner
- Coordinate patient care services across departments to ensure timely treatment
- Maintain and update patient records in compliance with privacy regulations
- Address patient concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and care quality
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and administrative teams to improve patient experience
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Korean and English (spoken and written) is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Linguistics, Nursing, or a related field preferred
- FRESHER or Preferred - Min. 1 year of experience in healthcare coordination, medical interpretation, or customer service
- Knowledge of medical terminology in both Korean and English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
