Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Korean Language Expert Customer Service Representative based in Gurugram. The responsibilities include assisting customers in Korean, handling inquiries, delivering excellent customer support through multiple channels, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also focuses on maintaining professionalism and building positive customer experiences while addressing and resolving concerns effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience
- Strong focus on achieving Customer Satisfaction and understanding customer needs
- Exemplary Phone Etiquette and effective communication skills
- Proficiency in Korean (both written and spoken) and fluency in English
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Experience in multicultural or international work settings is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education preferred
