Role Description
Flight2sucess is seeking a skilled and passionate Korean Cuisine Chef for a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi. The chef will be responsible for preparing traditional and innovative Korean dishes, managing kitchen operations, training kitchen staff on Korean culinary techniques, and maintaining hygiene and food safety standards. Additional responsibilities include working closely with suppliers, maintaining ingredient quality, and ensuring that every dish meets high standards of taste and presentation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Korean culinary techniques, including preparation of traditional and modern Korean dishes
- Experience in menu development and customization for Korean cuisine
- Knowledge of food safety standards, kitchen hygiene, and proper ingredient handling
- Strong ability to manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment
- Attention to detail, creativity in food presentation, and passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
- Ability to source quality ingredients suitable for authentic Korean cooking
- Culinary degree or relevant certification in culinary arts, with a specialization in Korean cuisine preferred
- Prior experience working as a Korean Cuisine Chef in a professional kitchen is highly desirable
