About the role
Our client, an international Financial Services company is looking to recruit a Compliance Administrator.
Main responsibilities :
Lead corporate governance efforts by ensuring adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Assess and interpret legal and regulatory frameworks to align company operations with current laws and industry best practices.
Assist in establishing new entities within the Group and implementing changes to existing organizational structures.
Draft, review, and manage essential documents, including board agendas, minutes, statutory filings, reports, policies, and training materials.
Develop and enhance internal processes, templates, and compliance documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth compliance operations.
Maintain thorough physical and digital records of all compliance-related documents.
Conduct continuous due diligence on relevant stakeholders.
