Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Kondor+ Specialist with 5+ years of experience. The Kondor+ Specialist is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting Kondor+ trading and risk management modules, ensuring stable and efficient system operation. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing system enhancements, troubleshooting application issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize workflows. The role involves working closely with business users, IT teams, and vendors to manage upgrades, integrations, and performance tuning. The specialist is also expected to document system changes, follow best practices for change management, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Strong Kondor+ expertise, including configuration, customization, and support of trading and risk modules.
- Solid understanding of financial markets, treasury products, and risk management concepts.
- Experience in system analysis, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Proficiency with SQL and relational databases, and familiarity with interfaces, APIs, and system integrations.
- Background in incident management, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for enterprise applications.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional, remote teams.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality and compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Kondor+ in a production environment; experience with digital transformation or process optimization is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to evolving business needs.
