Front-End Software Engineer

We are looking for a talented and passionate Front-End Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at Kognitos. As a Front-End Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the user interface of our cutting-edge AI automation platform. You will work closely with our product and design teams to create visually appealing and intuitive user experiences that delight our customers. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement responsive, scalable, and high-performance front-end applications using modern web technologies such as React, TypeScript, and CSS - Collaborate with the design team to translate design concepts into functional and visually compelling user interfaces - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices and coding standards - Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions to continuously improve the codebase - Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end development trends and technologies, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation - Work closely with the back-end team to ensure seamless integration and a cohesive user experience Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Proficient in React.js and its ecosystem (e.g., Redux, React Router, Material-UI) - Experience with TypeScript and its type-safe features - Familiarity with modern front-end build tools and workflows (e.g., webpack, Babel, ESLint) - Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Experience with Git and version control systems - Passion for creating user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces Bonus Skills: - Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and/or static site generation (SSG) frameworks (e.g., Next.js, Gatsby) - Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux or MobX - Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme, Cypress) - Knowledge of agile software development methodologies - Proficiency in design tools like Figma or Sketch
